By accessing or using the CompleteJointLife website (completejointlife.com), taking our joint health quiz, or subscribing to the JointJello App (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
CompleteJointLife provides a personalized joint health quiz and the JointJello App â a digital subscription service that delivers personalized joint pain management protocols, educational content, supplement guidance, and wellness tools. The Service is designed for adults aged 18 and older who are seeking educational information about joint health.

4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
The JointJello App is available as a monthly subscription at $7.00 USD per month. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Hotmart). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
4.4 Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the JointJello App within 60 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of your first payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable except as required by law.
